Dear I-5 Expansion Activists!
Solana Beach is the first City in San Diego taking the step leading to establishing its own energy and electric cooperative. Solana Beach is doing this under State Law known as Community Choice Aggregation (CCA). The SD Energy District Foundation is the not-for-profit providing the legal and organizational infrastructure for this step. A CCA is the #1 tool this country has for providing clean energy and reducing GHG emissions.
