Fellow Peer Learners:

We will upgrade server hardware later today. The server will be
inaccessible for 20-40 minutes in the process.

Thank you for all your contributions to a world of open and free
learning. We have more courses, and many more users than we have ever
had in the past - and while that is wonderful, it makes our server
feel a little inadequate. We bought him a whole new outfit recently,
but he says he still needs a pair of dancing shoes, to keep up with
all his new friends.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

PS: We suspect there might also be some room for improvement on our
performance settings. If you are web-server performance expert, and
are willing to help, please contact me off list.
