Personal Request - Before I move to India in June

BACK TO THE ROOTS ( http://www.backtotherootsproject.org ) undertaken by Ved Vignan Maha Vidya Peeth (VVM) is a rural development program for maintaining and strengthening the socio-economic and cultural heritage of Andhra Pradesh, restoring family values, promoting education in health and hygiene, and developing self-reliant, self-sufficient and self-governing model villages.

మీరు కార్యక్రమం బాగుంది. ఒకరోజు, రెండు రోజులు చేసి ఫోటోలు చూపించడం ద్వారా వ్యవస్థ మారదు. చిత్తశుద్ది, నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ ఉండాలి. ప్రతినెల గ్రామంలో జరుగుతున్న మార్పులను గమనిస్తూ ఉండాలి. గ్రామానికి కావలసింది ప్రధానంగా డబ్బు. గత పదేళ్లుగా కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు ఒక్కో గ్రామానికి లక్షల రూపాయలు నిధులు ఇస్తుంది. మూడోకంటికి తెలియకుండా సర్పంచు, ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, కార్యదర్శులు, రాజకీయ నేతలు మింగేశారు. 

గ్రామస్వరాజ్యమే దేశ సౌభాగ్యం అన్నారు ఎం.కె.గాంది గారు. ప్రభుత్వం ఏటా ఇచ్చే నిధులపైన, ఆ డబ్బుతో గ్రామంలో జరుగుతున్న నిర్మాణాలు, మౌలిక సదుపాయల ఖర్చుపైన నిఘా ఉంచేలా గ్రామ ప్రజలను చైతన్యవంతులను చేయాలి. దీనికి భారత ప్రభుత్వం పౌరుడికి ఇచ్చిన అధికారం సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం 2005. 

ఈ చట్టంపై గ్రామంలోని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి అవగాహన కల్పించాలి. హమారా పైసా హమారా హిసాబ్ అనే నినాదం శక్తిని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి తెలియజేయాలి.

ఇందుకు గ్రామస్థులు చేయాల్సినవి

గత పదేళ్లుగా ---- గ్రామపంచాయతీకి కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు విడుదల చేసిన నిధుల విలువ. చేపట్టిన పనులు, ఒక్కో పనికి చేసిన ఖర్చు విలువ, రక్షిత తాగునీటికి కేటాయించిన నిధులు, పారిశుద్యానికి ఎంత ఖర్చు పెట్టారువంటి సమాచారం సేకరించడానికి సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం కింద గ్రూపుగా దరఖాస్తులు చేయించాలి. వాస్తవాలను వెలికితీసి ప్రజలముందు ఉంచాలి. అప్పుడు గ్రామసౌభాగ్యం వెల్లివిరుస్తుంది.
