Friends,
    Please see the attached document.
Personal note from Raghava Solipuram:
Me and CHC Team thanks everyone for their commitment for a better India through CHC. We ended in a positive note but could not meet the expectations as a model CHC. Hence backout happened.

I have sent the LSP donation receipts to whoever sent me the money to my personal account as listed in the donations sheet of CHC google group.

Thanking You
Raghava Solipuram

Dear Raghava garu,
Good to see a report. Most of the points are true, though bitter.
Did we already send this report to LSP? Do we have any kind of response? If not do you have any idea to communicate this report in any forum?
When ever I see LSP is referred in this report I understood as WE
.
Please let me know as I will to touch base on this point with our working president DVVS Varma garu when I get a chance.

Have a nice time,

Hello all ! Great work by Raghav ji n PFL team.

Ground realities.

No of people visited CHC in 450 days - less than 25..amount spent on CHC - approx 1.5 lac.
20k Pamphlets were printed in June to take CHC goals  into the public.. less than thousand were circulated..this one thing shows our real strength nd carelessness of proper utilisation of resources..
Funds raised locally - ZERO RUPEES.. EFFORT MADE to raise funds locally - ZERO percent.

Management of Resources- new volunteers come with lots of enthusiasm n passion to work but people here KILL their PASSION completely..even  highly inspired, committed volunteers passion n interest will b KILLED n their energies r used for personal needs n benefits.

Concept of CHC is undoubtedly excellent one to win the hearts of people. there's serious problem with the activists who r supposed to deliver on field.
By RTI + maintaining information of all departments, services(private or govt) +intense field work,CHC can b run successfully..

what we should learn is we shud not contribute or design a campaign just by looking at the profile of individuals..
very strict monitering is required.

Statements may b hurting but its the reality..NIJAM KATUVUGA NE VUNTUNDHI

Guys, don't need to be disappointed of this. It was started to see if CHC concept be successful in the first place and then will it give any political mileage. And its proven that, parties like LSPK cannot run a CHC.

And definitely, there have been gains out of it. Few people became experts in the field of RTI.
Let's all be grateful to the entire set of people involved in this.

But its time we think beyond things like CHCs.. And some things that bring in political gains.

Thanks
Masthan
