1.  RTI (RIGHT TO INFORMATION) SESSION

Saroornagar CHC team is conducting an RTI session in the most reputed womens college in Hyd.

This is for the first time we are conducting an RTI session in a womens college.

Our Goal is to train students about how to

1.Raise their voice against injustice.
2.Raise their level of Questioning Capacity (PRASHNICHEY TATVAM PENCHADAM),

At the end of the session students will b able to file RTI applications to

a.get their Income/Caste/Residence certificates,passports without bribing.
b.know the status of the fees re-imbursement/scholarships.
c.solve their simple colony problems like drinking water,Drainage,Garbage,parks,street lights etc..


RTI workshop  @ 1.30 pm on 25th Sept,Saturday.
Annie Besant Degree n PG womens college
Dilsuknagar,Hyd.

1.Azeez- Loksatta activist working in Infosys.
2.G.Srinivas - RTI consultant,CHC saroornagar.

2.SHORT FILM on Govt schools.

Our CHC team is picturising a short film on the present conditions of the govt schools.The short film be an EYE-OPENER for Govt,parents and teachers.

There r around 15 characters in the film.90% of them r being done by our loksatta volunteers.
Story,Screenplay n Direction - Aditya,lsp volunteer- Btech 4yr ECE,Sri Indu college.
Idea and Inputs - S.Sumathi

Venue- Govt school,Mallikarjun Nagar,
Chintalkunta,lb nagar.
Time and Venue- 9am to 5pm, 25th Sept,Saturday.
9am to 3pm on 26th Sept,Sunday.

we invite all the interested supporters of loksatta to join and play a role in the short film.
You can showcase all your good thoughts,feelings on screen.
