Water Problem in Chaitanyapuri
On 19th July, Mr Bhagawan Das resident of chaitanyapuri road no 7 complained to water works department about the irregular water supply in their colony,There are around 350 families in the colony and they were suffering badly because of this problem since 1 month..He also complained about the same to the local corporator Wajeer Prakash. He came to visit the colony and then the water supply all of a sudden became regular. They are supposed to get water alternate days. All was well for just one day after which the story was back to normal.
Mr Bhagwan das tried his best to resolve the issue, he even collected 100 signatures from the colony people to give a representation. When everything failed, he approached our Saroornagar CHC. Our CHC team spoke with the AE, water works and within few days the issue was resolved.
Mr Bhagwan das felt very esctatic with the outcome and started spreading the work of the CHC to his fellow Pensioners. He promised us that he will organize a meeting with 300 people in his colony.
Its not enough to just complain to some random people, we need to be well informed about whom to complain and the approach.
