hi steven,
The security and crime rate issue is more worst at the JB shopping centre.
I wonder the security of the shooping centre is more concern of their
common property instead of the Singaporean/ local people safety.
It more interest to raise up what term and condition / standard
operation they hiring the security.
is the public had the right for legal action to against the management
in event crime occur to the them?
please advise
thanks
sun
