new website for browsing dock data

hello,

i recently finished, or at least, i think i finished, a new website at citibikedata.nyc.

i figured members of this group would be interested in it.

you can use it to view usage data by dock, borough, community district, or council district.

the code is at github.com/zack/citibike.

it's made in next.js and uses a local copy of the system data that citibike publishes monthly.

i'm running it by some folks at transportation alternatives right now, and intend to wait to see what they have to say before i try to post it around on reddit and whatnot, but in the meantime, i wanted to take the opportunity to share it out here.
