CitiBike Station ID List?

Does anybody have a list of every Station ID and their Name? 

For example -

Station ID / Station Name: 164 / E 47 St & 2 Ave

The Citi Bike Trip History data sets have that info.

Thanks Deena, but it isn't exactly what I am looking for. I already have the data, but I need a list of every station name/ID so that I can do formulas to determine the amount of people checking into to each station among other information. Is there a consolidated list of every station in Manhattan and their respective ID #s?

Sure, this is available in the json station feed.

http://www.citibikenyc.com/stations/json

 You essentially get a big array of stations, each one containing id and stationName:

{"id":72,"stationName":"W 52 St & 11 Ave", ... }
