Bike Rebalancing

I've always thought there was no way to tell when bikes were rebalanced.
As it turns out you can back into it if you sort the tripdata file by
bikeid stand starttime. Every bike's trips should end at the same
station where the next one starts. If it doesn't then the bike was
moved, if not for rebalancing than for repairs or some other purpose.

Unfortunately, with the removal of Bike ID (and switching to the new data format generally) starting with the February 2021 data file, it seems like this is no longer possible?

I am a master's student in urban planning，I'm finishing my paper about  Citi Bike in New York.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any data about station capacity！and it makes me anxious. 

Because my research involves variables related to station capacity,

I would really appreciate it if you could tell me where I can get data on the capacity of bicycle stations?
