How long are full stations full for?

Hi there,

I'm a local journalist with New York Focus. I'm hoping to find the answers to these questions:

1) How long are full stations full for? In other words, how much time elapses, on average, between a station becoming full and someone taking out a bike?

2) How long are empty stations empty for? In other words, how much time elapses, on average, between a station becoming empty and someone docking a bike?

3) Is there a list or map of all stations by how long they tend to be full/empty for? Say I lived by a particular station that was often full and wanted to know how long I'd have to wait, on average, for someone to take out a bike so that I could dock mine. Is there a list where I could look this up for that station?
