​Dengan segala hormatnya saya diarah merujuk kepada perkara di atas.

Untuk makluman, pelaksanaan iCGPA untuk 14 program pasca siswazah masih diteruskan. Seramai 203 orang pelajar pasca siswazah terlibat. Sehubungan itu, SPS memohon kerjasama semua fakulti untuk memastikan maklumat yang diperlukan dikemaskini didalam sistem UTMACAD-iCGPA.

Bagi memastikan proses kemasukan data berjalan lancar, bersama-sama ini  dilampirkan manual kemasukan maklumat ke dalam sistem UTMACAD-iCGPA untuk rujukan dan tindakan semua penyelaras dan pensyarah program. Tarikh akhir kemasukan maklumat selewat-lewatnya 24 Ogos 2017.

Satu bengkel semakan kemasukan maklumat akan diadakan pada awal bulan September 2017 oleh SPS.

Kerjasama yang diberikan amat dihargai dan diucapkan terima kasih.
