IndexError: list index out of range

I run BETA basic of version 1.0.7. The command i used is BETA basic -p C.bed -e gene_exp_new.diff -k CUF -r tair10.gff3 --da 700 --cutoff 1e-1 -o basic.
I got the following error. Please give me suggestion. Thanks in advance
