Nothing working with BETA-Cistrom

Dear ,

I am using BETA -Cistrom (Basic, Plus, and Minus) and nothing is working.

I even rerun a previous job with the same parameters and it did not work.

I already sent an error report via cistrom.

Could you please help?

Hello Abdo,

I'm another cistrome user. I too am experiencing similar failures with BETA on web browser as you describe. An error message was sent through over a month ago using the Report this error to the Galaxy Team mailer, this issue remains unresolved.

Error details below:

Is there any scope for this to be investigated? When will the BETA web server be functional again?
