Hello Abdo,
I'm another cistrome user. I too am experiencing similar failures with BETA on web browser as you describe. An error message was sent through over a month ago using the Report this error to the Galaxy Team mailer, this issue remains unresolved.
Error details below:
Error messages as follows:
BETA-minus:
cp: cannot stat 'BETA_OUTPUT/NA_targets.txt': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat 'BETA_OUTPUT/NA_targets_associated_peaks.txt': No such file or directory
BETA-basic:
uploaded wig file, size: 33.4 Mb
BETA-plus:

and produced the following output:
BETA plus -p /project/Cistrome/CistromeAP/galaxy_database/files/001/578/dataset_1578899.dat -e /project/Cistrome/CistromeAP/galaxy_database/files/001/579/dataset_1579333.dat -g hg19 -k O --info 1,2,3 --method score --gs /project/Cistrome/CistromeAP/static_libraries/assembly/hg19/rawgenome/hg19.fasta --gname2 -r /home/jian/miniconda3/envs/cistromeap/lib/python2.7/site-packages/BETA_Package-1.0.7-py2.7.egg/BETA/references/hg19.refseq -d 100000 --pn 10000 -n NA --da 0.5 --df 1.0 -c 1
Is there any scope for this to be investigated? When will the BETA web server be functional again?
Thank you in advance!
