Cannot to connect to cistrome ftp server

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a large file (larger than 2G) to cistrome by ftp. But I cannot connect to ftp server. It showed below:

Status: Connecting to 155.52.218.90:21...

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Error: Could not connect to server

Status: Waiting to retry...

Status: Resolving address of cistrome.dfci.harvard.edu

Status: Connecting to 155.52.218.90:21...

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Error: Could not connect to server

How can I do with that?
