BETA-plus: Binding and Expression Target prediction and motif analysis

Hi,

I am trying to do a ChIP seq (bed file) - RNA seq (txt file) integration analysis using BETA-plus, but I get the attached error.

Could you please guide me on what I am doing wrong and how can I proceed with the analysis.
