Time Out error while dowloading BED Peaks

I tried to download BED Peaks file related to "Ciofani M, et al. A validated regulatory network for Th17 cell specification." (for example, CistromeDB: 40115 ) data, but after i went through captcha, website shows me "Time Out" error.

Is there any another way to get these files?
