Hello,

I want to create a custom dm6 refgene file.

I don't understand what wig file I should use for the following command, and I don't know how to create such one.

build_genomeBG -d dm6 -g refGene -w ? -o dm6.refgene

Could you kindly help me with this?

Sorry I have tried google it, but I still don't get the answer.
