Should we go out and buy ... (ISC)2 CISSP
Certified Information Systems Security Professional Official Study Guide,
8th Edition ? I've been using the 7th edition forever and 6th and 5th years
back. So do I have to go out and buy another book???

I hope all is well on your side?
Obviously, when they updated the book they totally miss this part.
This is NO longer applicable. You never get to see a question a
second time if you take the English version of the CISSP exam which is
in the new CAT format.
I also recommend you use the process of elimination. There is always
one choice that is easy to eliminate. Then you try to drop another
one and that leaves you with 2 possible choices. Which is 50%of
chance to get it right or wrong?
Whoever wrote this had no clue how the old exam was working. Wrong
questions DID NOT penalize you other than not getting the points for
that specific question. It is always BEST to guess then leaving it
blank.

It is NOT worth investing any money in the new edition, there is just
not enough new content.
