Duration: 6-12 month

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :-           

 

1.         Should have knowledge/experience working on Salesforce Sales Cloud Functionalities

2.         Should have knowledge/experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud Functionalities

3.         Should have strong Knowledge/experience with Salesforce Security Setup (Profiles/Public Groups/Permission Sets/Sharing rules/User setup /Role Hierarchy/Territory Structure etc)

4.         Should be familiar with Use of Agile/Scrum Methodology

5. Should have experience on using Salesforce lightning experience and knowledge about building of Custom Objects

6.         Should have knowledge on using Data Loader to perform Data Loads

7. Deployment experience using Auto Rabbit and Bit Bucket

8.         Experience as a Salesforce Support Lead is a plus

9.         Should have knowledge to work on JIRA and Service Now applications for

10. Integration experience with SAP ECC/SAP CRM/SAP HR/IBM MDM/ ESB is a plus11.           Should have very good communication skills

12.       Should have worked on Onsite offshore support model

13. Should have analytical skills and problem solving approach
