Technical/Functional Skills

•             • 6+ years software development experience in multiple languages (Scala/Java/Python ).

•             • 3+ years Big data development experience

•             • Must have expertise in the use of SQL/HQL/NoSQL

•             • Strong experience with SPARK,Scala, Kafka,

•             • Strong experience with NoSQL data modelling with Cassandra/Hbase/MongoDB etc.

•             • Solid experience with OLAP, NoSQL and MPP/columnar database technologies.

•             • Ability to perform data related benchmarking, performance analysis and tuning.

•             • Strong skills in In-memory applications, Database Design, Data Integration, ETL and MPP Architecture.

•             • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI Concepts.

•             • Experience writing shell scripts using (ksh, bash, perl or python).

•             • Experience with Pivotal Greenplum , SAP Hana, Teradata is desirable.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
