Presentation date is finalized!

Dear all,

 

The details regarding the final presentation is enclosed with this mail.

1. The final presentation for internship is scheduled on 28th February 2017 starting at 9.30 am (see the schedule attached herewith).
   
2. The total duration given to each student is 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
   
3. You are expected to present the exam hall (Lab-01 and Lab-02) on time to avoid subsequent difficulties.
   
4. Follow the general examination rules and regulations to avoid yourself convicted from exam offences.

Reminder:

The hard deadline for submitting soft-copies for your internship is 24th February 2017. Any submission after the deadline will not be accepted/graded.

Dear Sir,

Please advice on the following matters.

1. Should we have a printed copy of the loose bound on the presentation day ?
2. When should we submit the hard bound of the thesis later after corrections ?
