Dear Sir,

In introducing the BSc. Hons. Degree Programme at SUSL, it is required to conduct a Need Analysis Survey where CIS alumni are identified as a major stake holder group from whom we need to gather responses.

Therefore, I am kindly requesting you for sharing the Survey  Questionnaire (Please see the link below) with the CIS alumni representing Batch 07 to Batch 12.
