Very Important: Few More Information Regarding Final Presentation

Hi All,

Regarding the abstract submission;

I have noticed the following issues on submitted abstracts;

• Names and affiliations are missing
  
• Inadequate use of language

To avoid these;

• before upload the abstract get it corrected by your supervisors (a sample is attached herewith).
  
• upload the abstracts only in word format

Important: We will not consider any shits after today.

Regarding the poster presentation; 

Refer the department website for size and other guidelines.

For fourth years;

• poster session has been scheduled on 28th February at 4.30 p.m.
  

For third years;

• poster session has been scheduled on 2nd march at 3.30 p.m.

Preferred dress codes;

• It should be official!
  
• For gentlemen, black colour jeans and white colour shirt
  
• For ladies, a saree
