Hi,
Materials from past CIS/2 workshops are now available at http://cic.nist.gov/vrml/cis/CIS2-Workshops.zip
The materials go back to 1999 when tutorials were given to software developers who were developing the first implementations of CIS/2. These are still relevant to anyone implementing CIS/2 now.
Some of the more recent workshops involve discussions about CIS/2 and IFC.
The materials are not complete but give a good picture of what took place at past CIS/2 workshops. However, it was strange that I couldn't find any materials from the CIS/2 workshop that took place in 2003 at NIST.
