Can't seem to get the image functions to work (rotate & resize)

Here's my image... but cant seem to get it to resize or rotate. anyone
know what I am doing wrong?

Hi Scott,

Could you confirm that your image is delivered through CirruxCache'
image service? It appears that this not the case. If you need help,
paste your config file on pastie and provide me the link.
