Unable to Drill vias and holes

Hello all,

I've produced a two layer design in Fusion 360 that contains holes to be drilled. I've successfully exported the designs using the cqw-gerb274x-7.2 CAM processor, and I've successfully machined my traces (on both sides) with CirqWizard (with my CirQoid):

However I'm having the issue where I can't seem to see any of my drill holes available for machining:

I get asked to change to the 0.0 mm drill bit, but no holes are shown on the display. There is gcode produced (but it's completely irrelevant).

The design I have exported DOES have drill holes, and the files are in the correct format (see below).

I'm using CirQWizard 2.0.0 and I'm running CirQoid firmware 0.3.2.

As far as I can tell my settings are correct (all values are set appropriately, using metric (mm) as the gerbers are exported in metrics).

As I've seen this issue pop up a lot, is this a recurring bug?

Is there something non-obvious in the documentation that I am missing?

Would massively appreciate any help here.
