Homing Problem

The machine now operated after 4months, one hissing sound only coming when giving home command it is not moving to home position.

Another problem is no sound and no movement at all when we are giving the command AWAY or Tool Change..

plz give solutions..

I have this problem before . After that i change the stepper motor. The machine back to normal
