Hello!

I have a Cirqoid machine since 2014, but last 3 years was stored (not used)

Now I need to make some PCB prototypes, but the machine is not reaching/recognizing home position.

Problem is as follow: if I send "home" command, X and Z axis are moving without problem, Y axis move forward a bit and then move back till reach the magnetic tape and movement stops, but both Y motors remains energized (making sound and vibration but not rotation) till machine is powered off.
And the software does not recognize the machine is at home position.
Also, if I try to move any axis manually (from the software) I get a communication error (first line on the details say "machine not homed").

Machine was working very good before I stored it, and during stored was protected from dust and humidity (in good conditions)

I think there is some problem with the magnetic tape / position sensor...

Please, some help!

I need to work on new PCB prototypes very urgently.

Thanks a lot!

I'm having that problem too but not just with the Home position, sometimes it does Home, but then it starts doing waird sounds for medium valus of Y and it can even stop the movement and just vibrate. Did you get to solve your problem?

Sorry for my bad english
