Dear Cirq Users,

We are releasing Cirq v0.11.1 to fix a breaking change involving JSON compatibility of cirq.TrialResult and cirq.Result. There are no changes in any other user-facing functionality.

To install this upgrade run: `pip install cirq==0.11.1`.
