Dear All,
Here’s some follow up notes on this week’s Climate Innovations News.

1. You can read all of the Friedman Out of Africa series on NY Times for free. Very interesting series.  http://www.nytimes.com/column/thomas-l-friedman?action=click&contentCollection=Opinion&module=ExtendedByline&region=Header&pgtype=article

2. Here is more information on the Climate Information Wazo Prize Winners. Joost is connected with them and I imagine there are certainly possibilities for some synergy there in relation to the Climate Action Hackathon and the deployment of these types of apps using improved weather information. http://www.climateinformationprize.org/wazo-prize-winners/

All the best,
Greg
