Hello everyone,
I am new to scala and I am looking for a framework to write restful
webservices and circumflex looks very promising. However, I read the
RequestRouter examples and now (coming from java enterprise
development) I am wondering how to you run such an request router? Do
you deploy it somewhere? Do you start some main class? What to you do
to get your Routers running? Thanks in advance for any help and
insights.

Regards,
Benjamin

Hi Benjamin,

We did not yet cover deployment scenarios in our main documentation, which is a subject to reorganization.
Still, you can refer to API docs of CircumflexFilter http://circumflex.ru/api/2.1/circumflex-web/src/main/scala/filter.scala.html as it is the default executor of routers. Or you can just create a simple Circumflex application from archetype and learn-by-example.

Please let me know, if you need any additional information.

Best regards,
