problems with the actual python for the ArcGIS toolbox

Hey y'all. I've been having a hard time. When I first added the toolbox, I had to fix indentation blocks. I fixed that, but now when I try to run it on pairwise, it gives me an error saying there is no module named "configparser". Any thoughts?
