Hi,
I have been using circuitscape for a while now, and I am wondering if
resistance distance values given in the output matrix when performing a pairwise analysis have a determined range of values? like going form 0-1, or 0-100...
That is, resistance distance values can only be used for comparison between pair of nodes in a landscape (where pair of focal nodes with higher
resistance distance is less connected than a pair with higher values) or
resistance distance
value itself has a direct interpretation, like 0 is no resistance and 1 (or 100) is highest resistance?
I am teaching circuiscape with a very simple landscape with 2 o 7 focal nodes, resistance values set between 0 and 100, resistance distance values are alwasy very low (0.05-1.9).
Thanks!
Adina
