Hi all,

As you all know. we've finally released circuits-2.0.1
(released silently hours after 2.0.0 !!!)

I believe it's time we formalize some development
processes and get some regular development and
releases happening.

To that end I encourage all and anyone that both has
the time and effort and willingness to contribute (especially
those that have in the past) to please join us on the
#circuits-dev IRC Channel on the FreeNode IRC Network.

We're still nutting out some of the finer details which
we will document in our Developers section in our
Documentation; at which point we'd like to actually
start our first sprint (probably in the New Year) and
regularly go through iterations of the project with
regular releases.

Otherwise known as SCRUM (An Agile process).

Thanks! And happy circuits!

cheers
James

Dear James,
I think that I read that you were going to add support for distributed environments. Could I ask how is the development of this feature going?

Thanks,

Víctor

Hi Victor,

Apologies for the late response.
Been very busy with work and trying to
get circuits 3.0 out before PyCon AU 2014.

Regarding distributed support for circuits
the plan is to continually improve upon what
we already have in ``circuits.node`` which already
provides some basics around distributed message
passing between nodes.

cheers
James
