I am not sure if this is an known issue. I did a search and couldn't find anything about it. Maybe I need to do something I haven't, but the "fill" of plots on reversed scaffolds is wonky. The "outline" is smooth, but the fill is not being reversed, resulting in a jagged appearance. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Stephen,

Can you email me a set of data/conf files that reproduces this?

Hi Martin

Did you get my email with this data? Were you able to reproduce the problem?

Thanks

Stephen
