how to generate rn.bundle.txt and heatmap files for my data

Hello,
How to generate the heatmap files and rn.bundle.txt file?
I error I got is-
cwd:
/pfs/home/pragya/pooja/hornbill/wreathed/analysis/mitogenome/Rhun_mt_out
command: /pfs/home/pragya/tools/anaconda3/bin/circos -conf
./etc/circos.conf
Cannot guess the location of file [data/rn.bundle.txt]. Tried to look in the
following directories
