Subset of text not displaying in empty space

For reasons I do not understand, Circos refuses to render the text above "Chr3". There should be 3 extra labels there (Chr1, Chr1A and Chr2). If I use debug textplace it confirms that the text is not being placed, but will not tell me why. If I try make the text render lower, it works. Above ~0.95r seems to be the problem area.

This may be due to the fact that the r0 and r1 of the text <plot> block are limiting where the labels can be drawn.

If you're not seeing anything at a radius larger than r ~ 0.95r, then try defining a generous space for the plot, e.g.

r0 = 0.7r
r1 = 1r

and see whether that resolves it.

If that doesn't help, zip up your conf and data files and email them to me mar...@bcgsc.ca and I'll take a look.

Defining the range in the <plot> block fixed it. Thank you for the help. I shudder to think how long it would have taken me to think of doing that.
