Large set of Gene Labels with Circos Plot

Dear all,
I am trying to put gene labels of more than 4300 genes of a bacteria on circos plot but it halts on the following;
debuggroup summary 6.43s drawing track_0 text z 0 salmonella.gene.labels.txt
debuggroup summary 6.44s placing text track salmonella.gene.labels.txt
debuggroup summary 6.44s ... see progress with -debug_group text
debuggroup summary 6.44s ... see placement summary with -debug_group textplace

Any Suggestions?

Hi Muhammad, were the labels the name of the genes? How did you find those?

Dear All, 

I am trying to prepare a circos map for multiple genomes in a single map along with gene id marking. I could able to mark all the genes on all the genomes but i am having an issues the ideogram is not full for all the geneomes though the size of the ideogram mentioned is correct. I am running into this problem. Someone who is expertise in running the circos kindly help me to fix the problem in the circos figure below attached.
