map oxford nanopore reads

Hi all,

I want to map some of my oxford nanopore reads (~1000) by Circos. I tried the tile layout. somehow the reads are overlapping with each other and and not spreading out across the r0 -r1 boundary. I tried different variation of the padding, overflow etc.

if some one has a script for mapping ONT reads or long reads, please help.
