Hi,

I got this error while running this configuration file. It stops at this line and does not continue.
Not a HASH reference at /opt/circos/bin/../lib/Circos/IO.pm line 373, <F> line 42.

I am attaching the files that I have used. Kindly find them attached and provide me a solution to this problem.

Thanks & Regards
Munmun

Using the most recent version of Circos (v0.69) this error no longer appears.

There is instead another issue with a few trailing spaces in your input data file. Once those are removed (I'll adjust the code in future versions so that such trailing spaces no longer throw the parser off), the image is created successfully.

I've attached a full example of your data with a more modular configuration file design (munmun.tgz) and the image that it generates.
