Hi there,

I think I asked a stupid question, please forgive me.

I want to plot a synteny that is not circle.
Just like this paper did. (Fig. 8a https://wwwdpi.com/2079-7737/11/10/1500)

This paper said the synteny was visualized using Circos, but I cannot figure out how to make it linear.

By the way, if I want to plot the species together in linear, is that the same way to do?
