Hi All,

DaveS here, new Circos Forum member eager to get started.

Circos seems ideal for visualizing hyper-complex cybernetic loops, emergent circular cognition models going back a century or so, that now require automation to handle explosion in complexity. These models are fundamentally dynamic, as "data flywheels" rippling with lightning-like chain-of-thought (CoT) layers. Imagine how pretty that will be to animate!

Is anyone you know already working along similar lines? Below is a sampling of Cognitive Loop Diagrams being conformalized by elite AI developers for best features optimization, begging for Circos treatment. Guessing AI coding can do the work of extending Circos in the active display direction.

Circos has been used for lots of non-biological applications and this seems like it could be one of them.

I never know what Circos users will come up with next :)

Thanks, Martin,

For sure, complex Cybernetic Loops are naturally circular, in need of better data presentation.

Hoping there is an interested Circos "Pro" who might like to lead meeting this graphical display requirement, as part of a fast-growing team working on general Foundation Agent Architecture project emerging from elite and new players. The work can be expensed in, if there is someone ready to engage.  NVIDIA is the top player (eager written interest) in the collaboration, with support due according to the case developed. Needless to say, a gorgeous data presentation concept-demo, based on Circos, would mean a lot.

A seeming gap is Circos animation support of temporally sequential Cognition Loop graphs. Perhaps someone previously worked around an animation need by automating SVG animation of evolving data sets, frame-by-frame. A few lines of C++ from a GPT should do. It will take me a few days to find time to learn Circos better. A week or two more for a demo data set ready to run in a Circos Loop.

I've created some nice animation with Circos, just see:
