Problem in SVG image file

I have generated a simple ideogram with different colored syntenic links in between the duplicated genes in the genome with circular appearance. The images I have generated are in png and svg. The png image is fine. But in the SVG image, the links are fading in the middle of the genome. Why is it so? Can anyone help me regarding this?
