Problem with the installation of the package Font::TTF

Dear all,
I have a problem when I try to install the package Font::TTF to get Circos work :
The problem seems recent and has already been described on StackOverFlow without any answers : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/37239092/error-installing-fontttf-module-for-perl-strawberry-win8/37759028#37759028
As this guy, I got the same problem with the same configuration (Windows 8, Strawberry used for perl and install packages with CPAN).

All the other packages have been install without any problems except Font:: TTF package which is not detected...

Hi,
and worked just fine, BTW I am using your same configuration.
In CPAN client, I typed the following:
install Font::TTF::Fontand worked just fine, BTW I am using your same configuration.
