no circos.conf file in conda install

Hello, I am trying to run circos very simply and installed it from bioconda. There is no config file included in the download and there isn't a clear starting config file that I can find. The only one I can find is in the example folder. Where is the config file that I can edit to run my own analyses? Thanks.
