Issue with connectogram links file

Hi there,

I am having an issue with the connectogram tool in Circos. It seems as though the parsemap script that I have been using now is not writing all links to the links.txt file. I have attached a screenshot of the line that the error is occuring and the terminal output as well. Nothing has changed in any codes used to create these plots so I am super confused why this is happening and would appreciate any help!

Please email me the (mar...@bcgsc.ca) data you're using and any config files.

If the script is behaving differently, then it's because something changed: conf, data or an edit to the script.
