Hi, I´m new in circos and I don´t know how start to use this software, I need create a histogram and how can I started, the tutorials doesn´t help.

Hi, which OS you are using?

If you have any windows, install perl and a text editor like notepad++ first then download the latest version of circos. Now you can start using circos. Minimum configuration is in hello world page.
