is there step by step guide to prepare circos plot using miRNA and its target genes ?

Hi,
I have lists of 10 miRNAs and respective target genes retrieved from targetscanHuman.  I only have names of miRNA and names of genes. What other input data are required to create circos plot and how/where to get them.
