BLAST to CIRCOS

Hello all, 

I am writing to ask about going from blast to Circos as a beginner with command line interfaces and the Circos software as a whole. I have found this link: https://dbsloan.github.io/TS2019/exercises/circos.html

where step 8 describes going from blast to Circos which is very helpful. However, I would still need assistance with beginning the Circos image and figuring out how to execute these steps. I am working on a MacOS device. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
